and that means it is one of the best places for bird-watching in the country. You can spot many species of birds in this area. Just
to the south of Donna is the Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuge, where 397 different species have been spotted. You also have 12 miles
of trails for hiking inside the park. South Padre Island, with great beaches and special activities, is less than an hours drive
